Specifications
| Surface preparation | All surfaces must be clean, Dry, hard and compact. |

| Priming | Plascon H.B Epoxy Primer/Plascon H.B Acrylic Primer |
| Finish | Allow thorough natural drying of 12 hours before each consecutive coat. This interval is not necessary with force drying. Apply 2-3 coats. |
| Application | Spray gun. Prior to use, mix 4 parts volume of Plascon Plascryl Acrylic Enamel, with 1 part volume of Plascon Plascryl Acrylic Hardener. Adjust viscosity to 16-20”/DIN Cup 4 with Plascryl Thinner 802-0040. (NB. Supply viscosity is 60-72”/DIN Cup 4) |
| Drying Time | Following flash off for 10 minutes the enamel may be baked at 70-80oC for 30 minutes; or left for air drying. When air dried the enamel is dry to handle after 1 hour, recoatable after 12 hours, and will obtain full hardness and durability after 1 week. |
| Equipment Cleaning | Clean the equipment with water. |

| Potlife | The mixture has a potlife of between 4-6 hours therefore mix only what can all be used within the time. Any material not used beyond the potlife is useless and should not be used. |
